Refund Policy – Café with Paloma

At Café with Paloma, we value your time and commitment. Because sessions are offered in small groups with limited availability, the following refund policy applies:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

No-Shows

• Missed sessions without prior notice are considered no-shows and are not refundable.

Instructor Cancellations

• If Café with Paloma needs to cancel a session for any reason, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
