Terms & Conditions – Café with Paloma

By booking or attending a session at Café with Paloma, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

Café with Paloma offers small-group Spanish conversation sessions for adults in a relaxed, informal setting. Sessions are educational and conversational in nature and are not part of a formal academic program.

2. Eligibility

Sessions are intended for adults (18 years and older). By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Payment is required to reserve your spot.

  • Due to limited group size (maximum of five participants), spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Café with Paloma reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session if necessary. In such cases, participants will be notified and offered an alternative session or refund.

5. Attendance & Participation

Participants are encouraged to arrive on time and actively participate. The goal is to create a respectful, welcoming, and supportive environment for everyone.

6. Learning Environment

Café with Paloma provides a relaxed, pressure-free learning experience. While guidance and support are offered, individual progress may vary, and specific language outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

7. Materials & Refreshments

All learning materials, as well as coffee, tea, and light refreshments, are provided. Participants are responsible for informing the instructor of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

8. Location

Sessions are held in a private home setting in South Reno. The exact address will be shared after registration. Participants are expected to respect the space and follow basic house guidelines.

9. Health & Safety

Participants attend sessions at their own discretion. Café with Paloma is not responsible for personal belongings or any injuries that may occur during a session.

10. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Café with Paloma reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation for anyone whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration is used solely for communication and scheduling purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

Café with Paloma reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website.
